Due to an inquiry from the facility maintenance department of a certain ward office in Tokyo, during the repair work of the granite cobblestones laid in the bicycle parking area, it was found that the stones had aged significantly and were in a very dirty condition, giving the building's exterior a dark impression. Additionally, since it was a bicycle parking area for visitors, complete closure was not possible, which posed a challenge.
